As part of PSAP-1242, we merged the code to integrate the KPI generation in the kserve-prom. This works provides a framework and examples of how to design/define Prometheus KPIs.

As part of this second subtask, we will have to review carefully the requirements for KServe regression analyses and define the right set of KPIs required to track the various aspects of the system metrics.
