User Story:
As a PSAP engineer, I want to integrate a Kueue stress test in TOPSAIL orchestration framework, so that Kueue can be stress tested in a CI environment

Ideally, this stress test should be designed as an extension of the existing MCAD test, so that both schedulers can be tested side by side and compared with K8s default scheduler.

The MCAD stress test visualization should be extended to integrate Kueue stress test results.
