As a PSAP user, I want to integrate the multi- and many-model testing into our CPT pipeline.

Acceptance criteria:

• TOPSAIL can launch the test
• TOPSAIL can generate a LTS payload
  • the LTS metrics are described in a document
    • multi-model (same as the single-model test)
    • many-model
• The middleware CI can launch the test
  • and push the LTS payload to horreum
• The RHOAI QE team can launch the test from a CI pipeline
• A Dashboard displays the test results
