User Story:

As a PSAP engineer, I want to integrate the MCAD scale test into a continuous performance execution engine, so that it performance can be tested over the different releases

• Need to be able to deploy the latest published release
• Need to generate a long-term storage (LTS) payload
• Need to upload this LTS payload to horreum (will be part of an integration task)
• Need to teach Horreum how to detect performance regression (will be part of a performance analyze task)
