User Story:
As a PSAP engineer, I want to cleanup the CI-Artifacts repository, so that it only contains subprojects relevant to PSAP testing.

As a PSAP engineer, I want to relocate the Ansible roles, so that they don't all sit in a single directory, but rather in directories related to the same topics (aka command _groups)

As a PSAP engineer, I want to deprecate old testing entrypoints, so that we have a clearer view of the maintained entrypoints vs outdated ones.

• the reason for deprecation (instead of removal) is to keep them nearby, as an example of how to use the roles they are associated with.
• roles proved to remain useful long after their last use in an active testing project, so there is no plan to deprecate/remove them.
