User Story:
As a RHODS Engineer, I want to look at the metadata section of a Horreum Payload and know what test ran.

So that it can be easily identified as a gating test or a simple scale test, and what component ran (scale test, notebook perf test, etc)

Acceptance criteria:

Notebook Performance test shows an identifier (in gating test only)

Notebook Scale test shows an identifier (in scale and gating tests)

When an identifier isn't supplied, a default value is provided
