User Story:
As a Performance engineer, I want to automate RHODS and MLPerf model deployment that can run in the CI environment and be able to generate metrics that can be plotted in Grafana on an ad-hoc basis. This would enable us to deploy any model in the MLPerf in the Openshift cluster and compare its performance against a known baseline.
