User Story:
As a PSAP engineer, I want to be able to run the Pipelines scale test the middleware CI, so that we can use it on the Icelake cluster

Acceptance criteria:

The Pipeline scale test can run easily from the Jenkins job of the Middleware CI, with the same flexibility as what we currently have in Github:

• ability to select which profile is executed
• ability to override default configuration settings on demand
