User Story:
As a PSAP user, I want to be able to reuse the Pipelines test entrypoint from multiple different projects, including the generation of MatrixBenchmarking reports.

Example:

• for the load-aware scheduling ongoing work
• for the ongoing work on widsom and model-mesh scale test
• for the upcoming RHODS training scale test
