User Story:
As a performance engineer supporting the RHODS project

I want to evaluate the platform-level metrics and alerts reported by RHODS components related to Model Mesh (and the Model Mesh Pods)

So that:

• We can use these metrics and alerts during performance / load testing to measure performance in the same way as the SRE teams
• Advise the SRE teams on which metrics to use to understand the performance of model mesh
• Enumerate any gaps in the set of metrics that are currently reported
