Description:

During "Adding Repositories" to Robot account, page redirect to "This site is temporarily unavailable”. this should not 3.16 only issue, looks new ui general issue.

This is Firefox only performance issue(Chrome works). looks a timing issue, the key point is, when enter a org with many repo, it will loading for a long time, in this period, create robot account, -> "Add to repository" will fail

Steps:

1, Create a Organization name it org1 with 2k repositories in it

2, Check Organizations/Repositories, all can show the 2k repos

3,Go to Organizations -> Click org1 -> Robot account, then in "Add to repository (optional)" select any repo
