Description:

This is an issue found in Quay 3.16.0 new UI, when login Quay Console with regular super user, on the users list it's easy to see which user is super user and which user is normal users, but no label to show which user is "global readonly super user", actually from Quay users management perspective, Quay new UI should add label to help Customers identify the global readonly super user from Quay Console, pls review this new UI issue.
