Additional comma in pull commands

docker pull ,quayregistry.apps.quayfipstest-15562.qe.devcluster.openshift.com,/,testorg,/,alpine,:,alpine

this is intermittent issue, not happen everytime, but when you report Pull tag it can reproduce.

Quay: 

stable-3-16-v4-19

Browser: Chrome, FF

Steps:

1, Push taga to orga/repoa, tagb to orgb/repob

2, In orga/repoa taga page, move over to Pull Icon, click "Podman Pull (By Tag)" or "Docker Pull (By Tag)" to pull images

3, Go to orgb/repob in tagb page, move over to Pull Icon to check the Fetch tag commands
