Sorting of Build ID column in Build History table doesn't work correctly

      Description of problem:

      This issue found in stage.quay.io, but this issue should exist in quay 3.16.0 new UI as well. 

      As you can see, the build ID "69ab0698" and "5468c229" are sorted incorrectly in the build history table.
