Sorting of "Expires" column of "Service Keys" table in the new UI super user panel is Incorrect

      Description of problem:

      In quay 3.16.0 new UI,  sorting of "Expires" column of "Service Keys" table in the new UI superuser panel is Incorrect.  See the the following picture, a day is longer then a few hours,  so it shouldn't be ranked first.
