Description of problem:
In quay 3.16.0 new UI, enable FEATURE_MAILING, When creating a new account, a confirmation email will be sent out. After clicking "Confirm Email" button in the confirmation email, a new web tab will be open in the browser. In this tab, the new user has been logged in. But in the original creating new user web tab, it is still in "waiting for confirmation" status. Reload this web page will redirect back to quay login page. In the old UI, when the user has logged in in the new web tab, reloading the original web tab will redirect to quay home page. Get the details in Screen Recording 2025-11-28 at 15.47.43.mov
It seems the login session triggered by confirmation email can not apply to all other browser web tabs in the new UI.
