Quay Mirror repository status' state stuck at in Sync In Progress

Description:

This is an issue found when mirror repository, after enabled mirror for a new image repository, provide required configurations, including external private repository, tags, schedule, credentials, click button "enable mirror", after the mirror job was failed, usage logs show "Mirror finished unsuccessfully", the status->state is stuck at "Sync In Progress", and the "Retries Remaining" is stuck at "3/3". see screenshots attached.

Steps:

1. Login Quay
2. Create new image repository
3. Enable repository to Mirror state
4. Provide all required including external private repository, tags, schedule, credentials, etc
5. Click button "enable mirror"
6. Click button "Sync Now"
7. After sync up started, remove credentials
8. Wait until usage logs show "Mirror finished unsuccessfully"
9. Wait until Timeout come, check the state field of status

Expected Results:

The state field of status should be updated to schedule after timeout, then wait next scheduled sync up.

Actual Results:

The state field of status was stuck at "Sync In Progress", the "Retries Remaining" is stuck at "3/3"
