Description:
After Configure Quota for Organization/User, there is no audit log in Usage Logs
Note:
This is not New UI specific, in the legacy UI, it's same
Steps:
1, Create a Organization, in Setting Column -> Config Quota, set a storage quota
2, Create Quota Reject/Warning policy
3, Check Usage log in Organization page, and Superuser -> Usage log, none of them has quota log
