Description:
This is an issue found in Quay 3.16.0, after configuring Quay with OIDC authentication, found after login with via OIDC provider come to the page of confirming the Quay username, then come back to login page again, that's not correct, actually Quay new UI should come to the Quay Console Home page after users confirmed the username, pls review this new UI issue.
