This is an issue found in Quay 3.16.0 new UI, when the authentication type is OIDC, and enabled team sync, the "Last Updated" should be hidden, the reason is for OIDC team sync only when the use login Quay via OIDC authentication, then the user will be added to the team automatically, so We could always hide it for OIDC since 'syncing' doesn't make as much sense like syncing LDAP, pls review this issue.
