Specifically, the TLS certificate rotation banner "The TLS certificate for cdn01.quay.io is set to be renewed on November 17, 2025. Learn more." with the link for learning more linking to: https://access.redhat.com/articles/7133408

TL;DR: The current state is not friendly to upstream communities leveraging Quay because they may not have product subscriptions. The information should be surfaced on a publicly accessible page if it is being broadcast outward.

But also because of recent SSO changes, he is no longer able to login, and so I'm opening this issue on OpenDev's behalf to raise awareness to the issue.
