Description:

This is an issue found in Quay 3.16.0 new UI super user, when Quay is configured with LDAP authentication, found on new UI user management still display "Change Email" and "Change Password" options, that's not correct, compared with current UI, only show "Delete User", "Enable user" and "Take Ownership", pls review this new UI issue.
