Description of problem:

In quay 3.16.0 new UI, Deleting an organization will cause the current login to be logged out

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a normal user "user1" in quay new UI and log in
2. Create a normal organization "user1_org1"
3. Go to organization "user1_org1" setting page and click "Delete organization" button to delete this organization

4. The  current login to be logged out

Expected results

The new UI should work as the old UI. just delete a normal organization, should not log out.
