Description:

This is an issue found in Quay 3.16.0 new UI, when configure Quay with LDAP authentication, found on new UI login with LDAP user there's no page to confirm the username. but on current UI will ask user to confirm the username, pls review this issue.

The default value is true:

FEATURE_USERNAME_CONFIRMATION: true
