Description of problem:

In quay 3.16.0 new UI, after pushing image to and pulling image from a repository, Repository Activity heatmap does not work correctly.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in quay new UI and create a repository
2. Push image to and pull image from this repository, create some logs
3. Check the Repository Activity heatmap status

Actual results:

The test date is November 7th， after pushing image to and pulling image from the test repository, the square representing November 7th is still white. The activity count is also 0.

Expected results

After pushing some tags to the repository, should see the squares turning blue (darker for more activity), and it should be colored immediately.
