Description of problem:

In quay 3.16.0 new UI, the organization and repository log bar charts are displaying incorrectly after resetting the search time window.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in quay new UI and create a repository

2. Push image to and pull image from this repository, create some logs

3. Go to repository Logs panel and check log bar chart

4. Reset time window and check log bar chart again.

Expected results

After resetting the search time window, the log bar chart should be displayed correctly

The organization logs bar chart has the same issue.
