Following are missing/broken functionalities for Usage logs page in the new UI. As a followup to https://github.com/quay/quay/pull/4454#pullrequestreview-3423711232
Issues:

• The old UI also shows user agents (sort of), we can handle some variation of that in a future change
• Date picker freaks out when typing in it
• Not all logs are showing up, I've pushed a tag and I'm not seeing a push log that I see in the old UI
