Sorting of Date Started column in Build History table doesn't work correctly

      Description of problem:

      In quay 3.16.0 new UI.  the sorting of Date Started column in Build History table doesn't work correctly.

      As you can see, the timestamp "2:21 PM on November 4, 2025" is sorted incorrectly in the history table.
