Clair v4 GA Technical Enablement

USER STORY:
As a CEE associates/organization[s], I want to know how this feature impacts customers and how they interact with it,
what was developed, how it was tested (or how we plan to test it), how it is documented (or how we plan to document it).

DESCRIPTION:
CEE needs a new feature technical enablement overview (~15 presentation),
that outlines, what "Clair v4 GA" is a delivering, how we are testing this, and how customers can learn more about the subject (from docs).

Required:

• slide deck - https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1D_vd9zRKHGkzuwIJmsj7S6RjWj1_FyUCR8kTH-A0xFs/edit?usp=sharing
• ~15 min (as part of a presentation time to be scheduled later), to present this to CEE and and answer questions on the topic.

Nice to have:

• Any additional details you can provide on how to troubleshoot or debug this component/feature.
• Note: all efforts you put in here go to reducing the LOE needed to triage and work bugs,
  as CEE will be more prepared, and better equipped when filing issues, or addressing customer cases.

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:

• All functions have the slide deck created by feature complete, so that CEE have them provided for review (to test/explore with nightly builds).
• A ~15 min time slot (normally as part of a block of related topics (normally scheduled in 1-2 hr time slots)) to present and answer questions is attended.
