Quay new UI super user take ownership should not ask for "Requires fresh login"

      Description:

      This is issue found in Quay 3.16.0 new UI super user, now on new UI Quay will ask to take fresh login when trying to take ownership, compared with Quay current UI will ask user to input the password to verify rather than fresh login, pls review this issue.
