Description:

This is an issue found in Quay new UI, now when the application token is used and accessed, on Quay new UI will only show the date, but on current UI Quay will display the time like "10 minutes ago", and when user hover over Quay will display the detailed date, that should be a gap of new UI, pls review this issue.
