Quay new UI application token credentials page should display the app name instead of user name

      Description:

      This is an issue found in Quay new UI, after login with Quay user successfully, navigate to the account settings, and create new application token, and click the app name to get the credentials, but new UI give wrong user name, here the name should be the name of the app name, compared with current UI, the user name is correct, pls review this new UI issue.
