[Stage.quay.io]: Quay new UI can't logout

      Description:

      This is an issue found in stage.quay.io, when login stage.quay.io successfully with SSO account, then switch to new UI Console, after click "Logout", the results is still come back to Quay new UI Console in login status, that means the logout was failed, pls review this issue.
