      During https://web-rca.devshift.net/incident/ITN-2025-00264 on-call was not alerted to intermittent 500s in the us-east-2 region and only knew about it through informal messages. Currently we do not have monitoring/alerting for 500 errors in us-east-2. We should set those in place so on-call can be properly notified.
