Description:

This is an issue found in Quay new UI on image tags page, when two Quay image tags point to the same image manifest, on current UI Quay will display a vertical line to show these two image tags point to the same image manifest, but on new UI will not display this vertical line, this should be considered as a gap of Quay new UI, pls review this issue.
