Quay new UI should support "Expanded" View on Image tags page

      Description:

      This is an issue found in Quay new UI image tags page, in current UI it support Compact/Expanded Views, when Quay Users want to see more details of the specified image tag, can use "Expanded" view, but this is not supported on Quay new UI, so this should be considered as a gap when make default UI to new UI, pls review this new UI issue.
