[Pre-merge]: Quay new UI login page should not allow to input username/password when AUTHENTICATION_TYPE is OIDC

      Description:

      This is an issue found in Quay 3.16.0 new UI pre-merge testing, now when configured Quay with OIDC authentication, found on the new UI login page, it still ask users to input the username and password, actually Quay new UI login page should ask user to authenticate via OIDC provider, pls review this issue.
