[New UI] The Repositories page does not show the Repository State

      Description:

      The Repository State is expected to be listed on the Repositories page

      Browser: Chrome & FireFox

      Quay: v3.15.1

      Steps:

      1, Create a few Repositories, and set part of them as Mirror/Read Only, check the status on old ui;

      it is easy to know which is Mirror repo.

      2, Check the status on New UI, 

      Repository State is missing, user will be lost
