Compared with the old UI, the new UI lacks a hyperlink in Mirroring tab

      Description:

      In old UI Mirroring tab, the repository text in mirroring description is a hyperlink text, click it to redirect to the relevant repository page. but in new UI, it isn't. New UI should add it.

      Take the repository "org_mirror/repo_mirror" as example:
