Description of problem:

Unable to quickly select hours and minutes in the Start Date field of the new UI Mirroring tab. It can be done in old UI.

And the default value of Start Date in old UI is `August 6, 2025 10:33 PM`, it is the current time and is very clear.  But the default value in new UI is 'mm/dd/yyyy,-:- --', this format is not friendly.
