      Description:

      This is an issue found in Quay new UI Oauth, now in new UI Oauth token assignment, it didn't block assign token to robot account and team, compared with current Quay UI, it give prompt message "Robot accounts and teams are not permitted" and also block assign token to robot account and team, pls review this new UI issue.
