{}Corrective Action:{} Work with the AppSRE team to establish a process that allows them to declare security incidents and begin remediation without having to wait for the Quay team to be available.
One of the aspects of this that was brought up in PMR is how an urgent security alert in AWS does not result in a page despite us having on-call support.
