Normal Description:
This is an issue found in Quay 3.15.0 new UI, after created 1000+ image repositories, and create a new robot account, trying to assign read permissions of all 1000+ image repositories to the robot account, found only the image repo on the 1st page are assigned, pls review this issue.

Totally Quay has 1978 image repos under current Organization:
Select all 1978 image repo with read permission
After click save button, only 20 image repos are assigned with read permission:
