Quay new UI should show Quay Version and Quay Documents link

      Description:

      This is an issue found in Quay 3.15.0 new UI, after login Quay new UI Console, find can't see the Quay Version and Quay Documents link, that means in Quay 3.16.0 the once current UI is removed Quay Customers can't find the Quay Version and Quay Documents link on Quay Console, pls review this issue.
