Make sure no deployment uses quay.io/app-sre/nginx. Use a registry.access.redhat.com e.g. registry.access.redhat.com/ubi8/nginx-124

As part of the Konflux onboarding effort, we have discovered a number of app-interface tenant teams using a mirroring workflow, mirroring images that are not built on Red Hat infrastructure. Unfortunately, this workflow does not comply with Red Hat's SDL (Secure Development Lifecycle). These images are mirrored from external, non-RH-SDL sources.

The mirror will be deleted as late as Jul 30

The image is used in quay opensearch-dashboards namespace(s)
