Description:

This is an issue found in Quay 3.15.0 new UI, when the Quay new UI Console is loading, found it call the member API for current user namespace(e.g. quay) and get 404 error code, actually the members should only exist under Quay Organization namespace, new UI should not call the member API for current user namespace, pls review this issue.
