Description:

On Quay 3.14 new UI, in Tag history page "to" field Date picker can set any time.

Steps:

1, Set tag history -> Date range , set a time for "from", like: 2025-05-21 00:00

2, Click the Date Picker in "to" field, we see it can set any time
 
 

Expected Result:

in the "to" field, the value of (Date Picker+Time Picker) should be later than the value of "from" field
