In quay new UI, when add/update/delete a resource,  alert message will pop up to show if the operations finish successfully. For example, when you delete a tag, will get below alert message

Most operations have such alert message, but below operations won't do. To maintain a consistent style, these operations should have alert messages too.

• Create a new Organization
• Delete organization
• Create a new repository
• Add user and robot permissions for repository
• Add events and notifications for repository
• Change repository state
• Change repository visibility
• Delete repository
