Goal:

NAPS customers would like to have the option to specify Microsoft Azure Government (MAG) as the location for container storage.

Problem:

Customers were able to deploy to Microsoft Azure Government in OCP 3.11, and coming in OCP 4.6, https://issues.redhat.com/browse/CORS-1288, this will also be true. Quay should be available as well.

Why is this important:

• Many of our public sector customers would like to move off 3.11 and on to 4.1, but missing support Microsoft Azure Government will prevent them from being able to upgrade.
