      Description:

      This is an new feature request for Quay, now Quay doesn't support archive image repository, but other Image Registry(e.g. Docker Hub) support this feature "Archiving this repository will prevent any new pushes and detail changes, but it will still be available for pulls.", pls review if Quay Customers need this feature.
